ACCA’s Supervision and Clinical Training Committee would like to invite you to the Developing College Counseling Leaders Monthly Workshop.  We all know we’ve been through a very tough year and going into another year of unknowns.  This has meant some people unexpectedly leaving college counseling and a lot of shuffling of positions going on within centers.  Vacancies have been hard to fill and many of you may have stepped up into interim leadership roles in your counseling centers.  Some of you may be thinking about moving up into leadership positions either in your own center or somewhere else.  This workshop is to help you gain some support, consultation and knowledge on being (or becoming) a leader in a college counseling setting.  This workshop will help support new Associate and Assistant Directors, Coordinators and Clinical Supervisors or those aspiring to move up into these positions.  These workshops are free to ACCA members.

What you can expect:

Brief Introductions
Current Needs or Questions
Small Break Out Room Discussions
Wrap Up

The workshop will be facilitated by:

Jay Darr, Ph.D., LPC, NCC, BC-TMH, PMP - Chair Supervision & Clinical Training Committee
Director - University Counseling Center
University of Pittsburgh

Becca Smith, LPC, CPCS - Board Liaison to Supervision & Clinical Training Committee
Director - Counseling Center
Berry College
