Safe Travels!

All conference breaks will be set in the exhibit area, conference attendees will also have "Exhibitor passports" to help drive traffic to your booth. The conference will have daily drawings in the exhibit area, you are welcome to provide your own raffle as well. Exhibit tables can be open during all conference hours and beyond, but a majority of traffic will be in between sessions during meals and breaks.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing via email to office@collegecounseling.org. Any refund requests received before December 31, 2024 (5:00 PM EST) will receive a full refund less a $75.00 cancellation fee. Any refund requests received between January 1 – January 17 will receive a 50% refund. Any requests received after January 17, 2025 at 5:00 PM EST will not be eligible for a refund. Please send requests to the ACCA Office: office@collegecounsling.org.

The conference may be cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, registration fees will be refunded; however, ACCA will not be responsible for additional costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines, hotels, and/or travel agencies.

ACCA is not responsible for weather-related travel delays or other issues in regard to personal travel, and no refunds will be given due to these occurrences.
