Cancellation Policy All cancellations must be received in writing via email to office@collegecounseling.org. Any refund requests received before December 31, 2024 (5:00 PM EST) will receive a full refund less a $75.00 cancellation fee. Any refund requests received between January 1 – January 17 will receive a 50% refund. Any requests received after January 17, 2025 at 5:00 PM EST will not be eligible for a refund. Please send requests to the ACCA Office: office@collegecounsling.org. The conference may be cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances.
